Is Azir broken? My answer is maybe. This new champ puts out a ton of dps and area control. He can be very safe or an upfront initiator using his e and r to escape gap closers. He can have high burst as well as high sustained damage. In my opinion, I would build tanky and cd items for damage and defense instead of full ap unless you are very confident in your team to protect you. Downfalls for this guy is that he has a very high skill cap. To be able to do damage, you must have your soldiers at an ideal position which can contradict with your escapes and movement. Your ult could have many uses so you must choose carefully. Mastering Azir can lead to many plays and if you can stack a mejais early you will be unstopable with your experience. More About Azir
In my opinion Azir is not broken because of his high skill cap. People with lower skill cap will most likely be more OP because more people use that champion and more people carry with the champ. Azir on the other hand is just to hard to carry with and EVERYTHING on Azir relies to heavily on positioning and where he should be to deal the most amount of damage without the risk of being either picked off or focused down in the middle of teamfights. So I think Azir is not really good if it is played by a person who is not really skilled at how he works

DeleteIts true that he does A LOT of damage but he needs items to get to that level. Early levels of Azir is not to good plus all you need to do is make sure jungle has pressure mid then outscale him. It is not a problem if Azir is not fed or if someone is just bad playing that champ. The only reason I said Azir is not OP is because people like you don't know how to deal with or play the champion. Once I see Azir get some good plays then I might reconsider my view on him.
